Borusiade (live)
Born and raised in Bucharest, Romania and now residing in Berlin, Borusiade aka Miruna Boruzescu started dj-ing in 2002
as one of the only female DJs in the city's emerging alternative clubbing scene. Influenced by a classical musical education and fascinated by raw electronic sounds Borusiade combined
these elements in the construction of herDJ sets and starting 2005 also in her music production. After experimenting with
different projects, Borusiade slowly crystallised a sound of her own, often dark, with poignant bass lines, obsessive themes and by all means melodic. 2015 she joined the label Cómeme and started the series "The Dreamcatcher" on Radio Cómeme.
Her DJ sets combine bold and obscure sounds and genres fluctuating mostly in the field of Dark Disco, Industrial and Tropical Weirdness, some House with an Acid touch. The sound is gloomy and powerful, with beats that touch one’s deepest senses on the dance floor.

Alexander Arpeggio and Maria Balabas (live)

The rising Berlin producer meets Romania’s eclectic sound-artist, singer and field-recorder. After 2 weeks of residency, both in Bucharest and in Berlin, the creative minds come up with an album of rare beauty & darkness. Inspired by Bucharest and Berlin’s wintery neighbourhoods, vast postcommunist boulevards and endless falling stars the result is some sort of contemporary minimal synth with a hint to the 80ties grand precursors of experimental synthesizer music. Alexander’s
virtuosity as a beat maker and producer finds a counterbalance in Maria’s diaphanous vocals and lyrics. The music reflects a homogenous feeling from both dance music and poetic dreamy
atmospheres.

Bogdan Orbita (dj)

Bogdan Orbita is part of Orbita Lacustra DJ crew, an incospicuous party series in Bucharest. When he’s not delivering thoroughly picked sounds, you’ll find him harvesting obscure and weird gems, disguised as Psychosynth & OK Music on his youtube channel. His ongoing research is based around the historical influence of technology on music production, with a focus on forms of mistake, glitch and dissonance as an engine for musical innovation. Mixing all the influences he had over the years, his dj sets are unpredictable and easily free flowing through krautrock, industrial, dub, tribal moods, minimal percussion or glitchy electronics. This particular appeareance
is not a maybe.
