Philipp Otterbach,
Long time record collector of all kinds of music, DJ and producer. Since a long while he devotes himself with endurance to music. During the 2000s, he has thrown some forward-looking dances with his old buddy Vladimir Ivkovic in the German Ruhr region. And when Düsseldorf’s shrine for outer-national grooves Salon Des Amateurs opened in 2004, Otterbach became a one of the first residents.
Since 2014 he is also out there with his very own sound, releasing EPs on labels like adventurous Dutch label Knekelhuis and his currently working on his first full length album. His productions sound like floating in the unruly waves of life, reflecting its flow and resistance. Otherworldly beauty is conveyed through cinematic, pulsating soundscapes, where contextually sampled and poly-rhythmically designed, electronic percussion generates impulsive rhythms.

Benedikt Frey
Influenced mainly by electronic music from an early age on, Frey is a musician who remains in constant motion and embraces change fearlessly. Due to releases on Hivern Discs, ESP Institude, Bahnsteig23, Mule Electronics, Ethereal Sound and Live at Robert Johnson, Frey outlined his own interpretation of house music. Well arranged phasing patterns and blending harmonic motives define his sound signature.
During his sound studies near the city Frankfurt am Main and due to his growing interest in jazz-, krautrock- and minimal music compositions, his productions gained more and more complexity and vividness.
This wide sphere of interest in music culture, does not only impact the timbre of his productions, it furthermore effects various ways of building up arrangements, development in mixing decisions and several kinds of rhythmic structures.
Frey's work presents the interdependence of exploring and producing music, his own compositions are distinctly affected by his latest record repertoire and the other way around. In addition to that, he aims to evoke a dramaturgy in both fields.

Ozan Maral
Ozan Maral is a Berlin-based promoter, DJ, and record dealer. Surrounded by music royalty and weirdos since an early age, Ozan Maral out of Istanbul is a pioneering force to come from the land of four seasons. Having founded Deform Music record store in the bohemian quarter Beyoglu, he worked as the booker at the music and art establishment arkaoda, where he built and maintained an artistic program of kudos and repute for more than 10 years. Forever faithful to his experimental, industrial, and rave roots, Ozan Maral’s all-encompassing vision takes in abstract sounds that focus on the brighter and more positive ethics of non-commercial dance music.
